I go through a lot of veggies so I probably hit the grocery store every 3-4 days. Sometimes I can make it last a week, but I don't like to see produce going unused for too long.

If you have a gas stove, you can cook the naan on a hot pan then, when ready to flip, cook the other side directly on the stovetop (in the flame). This produces lots of big bubbles and a little char (which I just love). Good luck!

I need to work on my decorative slices before baking. I keep ruining the loaf when I've tried in the past (even with a sharp knife).
