I love this art by Sergio Duce, his collection of shadow drawings are incredibly evocative. These two showing the imagination that stems from reading are particularly poignant in a (mostly) digital age.

You’ve probably seen them @jeffcannata.bsky.social but tagging in case you haven’t.

@dlchypetrain.bsky.social - I’m a default inverter and I struggle badly without it. It is based on flight sims where you pull back to take off, push forward to descend and land. 100% agree with Christian with the stick on the back of your head example, pulling down would tilt your head up.

It’s worth adding that having just finished a beautiful run around the Winchester countryside, laughing whilst running makes it way more challenging. DLC bringing you neuroplasticity in so many ways.

The gift from @jeffcannata.bsky.social @christianspicer.bsky.social to give us free episodes of paid DLC with @latienie.bsky.social was a mistake. Much like last years graphics card, the main show is now GARBAGE**! The midweek show is hilarious from start to tooting finish.

The Commodore Amiga 500 was my gateway into gaming as a teenager, I’ll definitely be keeping a close eye on this.

Back in the UK after a business trip to the US & one social media observation jumped out at me - my Instagram feed was totally different to back home. This week it was dominated by US conspiracy theory pages, I would guess 1 in 3 reels. It was alarming when you consider the ramifications.

Ridiculous talent doing incredible things - love it!
And again, Jacob Collier demonstrates why we the rest of us so are very lucky to simply live in the world concurrently to him. It's nothing short of a privilege to share the earth with this superhuman.

As good as Bluesky is regarding having a zero algorithm option, it doesn’t fix the fact that the people I follow (who I like) are within their rights to post what they want (this is good). However, this results in my feed still having political garbage, which is what I wanted to avoid.

Not only do I admire the dedication, artistry, and achievement of this Super Mario World remake - but the video production of this ‘making of’ is also incredible! #gaming @dlchypetrain.bsky.social youtu.be/A3WAoaWp0vs?...

It baffles me how so many people are seemingly upset at the real life brands being used by Naughty Dog in their new game Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. Especially as many dissenters are from America - presented by Mastercard. #gaming #naughtydog #dlcpod #intergalactic #ps5

As a lifelong gamer, the idea of VR has never really appealed. However, for 2024 I think the game I’ve played the most has been in VR, and that game which pulled me in is Walkabout Minigolf by Mighty Coconut. The gameplay, ease of connecting with friends, new courses (fairly priced) every couple …

Is it just me, or has buying gifts for Christmas got more difficult each year? Not sure what it is specifically, it doesn’t help that music, movies, and video games are mainly digital now and not physical copies. It all feels too much of a headache vs something to enjoy.

The “Following” feed is so great to curate only things you are interested in. I did a side step to “Discover” and that is less pleasant, the no.1 reason being political mud slinging. I’ll stay in my lane I think.

Congratulations Rory on closing out the DP World Tour Championship today. A fitting end to what has been a difficult year of tournament #golf for him.

An image that kinda sums me up. I love golf and I asked my eldest daughter to custom mark my golf balls. Many of my interests are there: gaming (love the Astro Bot ones), nature, Disney, space … I love them and it’s heart breaking each time I lose one 😢😅.
