This year I have:
Forced my father into a retirement home against his will. His dementia was bad enough that POA was invoked. Which was me.
Watched him decline.
Had work stress both due to too much work and not enough work.
Had money stress.
Been diagnosed with severe adhd.

If your dad's name is Murray, he drives for Corporate Cabs, and you're his daughter in her final year at Wairarapa College, he is so goddamn proud of your writing. I heard the synopsis of several of your stories and films and he was beaming.

Keep doing.

If labour does run a cgt I hope their comms is prepared. Last time national convinced everyone they owned a bach and Labour was gonna steal it. Make the case better.

But we also need to be prepared for the fact it ain't a silver bullet.

Why is the most anxiety inducing part of getting Greta ready for school, making her lunch?

And why do I put so much sense of self worth in checking the lunchbox at the end of the day to see how much she ate?
