Super interesting study that suggests exogenous ketones decrease FFA utilization in normal hearts
SGLT2 inhibitors exert cardioprotective effects in heart failure but the role of ketone oxidation has been debated.

I backpacked through Syria in 2008 for 2 months. Was a beautiful country with the most welcoming people of anywhere I have traveled before or since. I hope this regime change allows peace for a population decimated by war and that I (selfishly) can return to re-experience the amazing hospitality.

I filed a complaint with the state medical board, appealed and won the denial, and made this guy famous.
