I don’t know about you peeps, but I wasn’t factoring adopting a whole new social media platform this week. Somehow it happened and we’re all on it. Somehow it’s even better than just being on another platform, turns out it’s the people that make the app, and the people there are SOO COOOOOOOOOOOOLLL

Don’t you hate it when you order an apple crumble/pie at a restaurant, but what you get is a “deconstructed” apple crumble/pie.
It’s cool to experiment with puddings of course, but it’s either a crumble, or it’s not. It’s either a pie or it’s not. Why is there cake mix in my crumble?

I think we, as a culture, have really done ourselves a disservice by letting Patreon get positioned as a service people pay for.
Patreon isn't supposed to be about paying for access to certain works. It's supposed to be about investing in creators so those works can exist.

Why is it that so many authors/filmmakers who make works about villains (villain as main character),why are they always so surprised (or even disgusted) when their audience ends up rooting for the villain?
