Didn’t Balaji coin the phrase Network State for decentralized governance as he sees society fragmenting into tribes vs unification?

Based on the mapped colors, the levels/legend suggests the map header should be more like (Marginal/Slight Risk Weather Outlook).

Which ones right? The dramatic Severe header or the toned down one that matches the legend?

Where does Severe fall on the threat legend?

Have also heard people in this space say the color coded warning levels are flawed and lead to the bad warnings. Is that true?

This report reminds me of apocalyptic reactions to lightning I’ve witnessed in New Hampshire and areas around New England. Very different than how we react in the Midwest seeing lightning spiderwebs & trees with black scars or blown in half on the regular.
