There’s a lesson here about writing in the age of weaponized lies: Always precede false claims with giant red text, ideally wrapped in a <blink> tag, that says “THIS IS A LIE I AM REFUTING!!”

(1) they require a permanent underclass to do all the labor that keeps cities functional,

I mean, the coverage of the boat murders has literally been that.

New York Times reports that it is unclear whether having a federal agency accept money in excess of congressional appropriations "violates a law prohibiting federal agencies from accepting money in excess of congressional appropriations." I guess we'll never know!

It occursd to me that they could be selling AI porn and the roofing thing is just dodging censors but when I opened the link it was literally just roofing. Desperately need to know the type of guy who sees this ad and goes “oh yeah, I could get my roof fixed up.”
