This is why I created the Tribe of 50 Strategy. Your tribe of 50 are the 50 people you talk to the most, spend the most time with, geographically or emotionally closest to. These can include friends, family, coworkers, customers, fans, employees or the homeless guy you see on the street everyday.

There's no such thing as a big problem, there's just a bunch of little problems that all add up to a big problem. So break big problems down into little problems, because little problems are usually cheap, easy to fix & take less time so they get fixed faster. Local, National, Global, Micro, Macro.❤️

The other 70% of us are just caught in the middle because the squeaky wheel gets the grease and the loudest most aggressive voices tend to drown out the rest.
