Alien & Aliens ONLY because xenomorphs terrify the crap out of me &.I find them absolutely disgusting but I'll tolerate them for these 2 movies.
Also she's not in it for very long but her being the aquarium narrator in Finding Dory was a pleasant surprise

My understanding was they tried to be accurate when they could but obviously you know it's still a TV show. It was an okay series overall but I found the last episode to be too open-ended. But now I can stop getting shit for never having watched it

I definitely think it's a self-defense thing but I think it's like twofold or for some people it's that like I'm going to try pushing them away self-defense and the other just kind of laughing it off sort of thing...2nd one's hard to describe in limited characters so I don't know if I'm making sense

I wonder then if the instances where I've been around people who self-directed it's more that way some of us call ourselves dummies/idiots/stupid/silly in that jokey self-deprecating but not necessarily internalized ableism way....

I don't know what "cozy romance" means. But also a lot of people use cozy in front of other words that I then don't understand how the words go together. Like there's a couple gaming YouTubers that I follow and they like what's called "cozy horror"

Well that's my TIL and I'm not surprised. And also interesting I've only ever come across usage of that term by like folks who are the ones usually on the receiving end of stuff like that that's why I wonder if it has some sort of reclaimability.

+ so many more people are actively opting out and finding workarounds for all these AI things. And I just feel like it's inevitable that at some point there's going to be a crash of some kind
