Definitely, I was made to feel guilty for not anticipating/ meeting other people’s needs (parents and friends ). Sometimes you have to go through a period of reset where you just service your own needs for a while before re-grounding

I agree, but guilt is such an easy thing for some people to manipulate in others so it’s worth examining your own guilt and see how much of it is valid. (Yes I speak from experience lol)
