Our Roku TV was fine at first, then as the software got fancier while the hardware stayed the same, we saw performance start to degrade. So, we just picked up a Roku Streaming Stick for $50 and plugged it into a free HDMI port on the TV. Now it's working great again!

So sorry to hear about that! If you search for "outage" and look the "Latest" tab (rather than "Top"), you'll see quite a bit of chatter about the outage. Not too much to say about it at this point though, other than it's happening :(
