Well that’s what a lot of us have been saying since Israel ramped up their action to what can only be described as a genocide. I’m with you I like to try and keep Eurovision as a big fun camp celebration but it just feels wrong whilst Israel is allowed to use the event as it does.

I’ve never really been on the boycott-Israel side in years gone by, even though many of my union friends have. But it has gone so far beyond the pale now, it’s indefensible. Their entry last year was disgusting, honestly, singing about peace and love while cynically massacring people.
