they're not doing needle-in-a-haystack grabs here. it's brute force, blunt object. The most sophisticated thing I've witnessed was in Evanston on Halloween they clearly had a helicopter up spotting landscaping crews to hit.

when your goal is to meet a quota, it's far more efficient to just grab random brown people than to do targetted surveilance on specific brown people. the daycare teacher seems very anomalous to how they've been conducting themselves.

Oh absolutely, but it's genuinely a good question: why these places on these days in this order.
They spent Thursday driving around Bridgeport, Friday driving around Evanston, and Saturday assaulting Little Village.
That's insane by any logistics planning. But very good if your goal is chaos.

Yes, this is correct. It's random grabs off the street. Landscaping crews, day laborers standing outside Home Depot. As far as how they decide where to go, that's a good question. If anything, it seems like they purposefully hit places far apart from one day to the next to keep people off-balance.
