I had a really lovely walk on Sunday, we went to Rivington terraced gardens. Got some real Edgar Allen Poe vibes at the top of the hill, completely surrounded by fog!

I just had a great weekend running The One Ring in person with my campaign group for the first time! And what a blast it was! VTT's are great but in person is really something special 🧙♂️

Here's the part list - though I don't recommend that specific PSU with this case, it's too big and the power connector is at a 90 degree angle to the horizontal which apparently Fractal didn't account for 🙄

Back in Cornwall for Flora Day yesterday. Went to all the old haunts, and some new ones! Got a great view of the Hal-an-tow in Meneage St too - here's George slaying the dragon

Spent a lovely afternoon back in Falmouth yesterday. I found this beautiful copy of Treasure Island in the bookshop, met up with some friends, and just about made it to Swanpool Beach Cafe in time for a Hedgehog!

I'm 8 episodes into Chaos Theory and it is shockingly good so far. Actually that seems unfair, it's good, straight up.

First "game" (according to TGA anyway) of the year complete: Shadow of the Erdtree! I realised I finished basically zero new games last year, but that was mostly because I was playing Elden Ring through again to get to the DLC. Anyway, now I finally get to move on to something else in my backlog!

Nosferatu. Love me some classic vampires and this movie does not disappoint. It's sumptiously dark gothic horror, delightfully macabre. The writing is great, the costuming is great, the performances are great, and the cinematography is just... *chefs kiss*. Absolutely gorgeous film. Would recommend.

Braved Darragh to go to Brum Christmas markets over the weekend. Probably not the wisest thing I've ever done since we were almost stranded there... But still had a good time!
