Says a lot that about 90% of the traffic I’m seeing on X right now is absolutely convinced the British govt is about to embark on a mass programme of state murder of the elderly and vulnerable. What was until recently the town square of politics has become the preserve of the bad, mad and deranged.

Hi Blueskies, just picked car up from annual service and immediately noticed heavy scratch marks down bonnet/hood. Garage denies any knowledge but said they'll check cameras. Definitely no damage when I left it. Any advice if they say they there's no footage?

I am thankful for a social media site that’s not run by disinformation-pushing maniacal billionaire, not controlled by an algorithm design to censor news and much-needed debate, and not overrun by mean-spirited people who encourage and celebrate ignorance. Thankful, indeed.
