there a few greater gifts than getting to support workers in exercising their collective power. at this particular conjuncture, there’s (often violent) resistance on all sides and yet people rise to the occasion to support their comrades and make change.

The American Federation of Government Employees, which represents 800,000+ federal and D.C. workers (i.e. people directly impacted by a government shutdown), is urging senators to vote no on the House GOP's CR.
