Frightening fact. China will only be looking out for their energy needs no matter what it takes. It’s predicted that coal fired plants in China won’t start to be phased out for another 20 years. I honestly think we’re going to be unable to do this, that we’re not going to pull this off.

Out of she necessity I ate at Olive Garden today. Waiting for my food when I hear someone at the next table excitedly order a Shrimp Fritto Misto and a Tour Of Italy. Seriously, who falls for this stuff?

Never thought of IKEA for lunch but now..🤔
At IKEA, you can get a vegan hot dog with fixings and French fries for $3.65. 😃
They put crispy fried onions on top which I initially thought was weird but it’s SO good!
This combo is one of my favorite guilty pleasures. Also, the IKEA mustard is now my favorite yellow mustard.
