A chance encounter with a rambler encouraged me to try using the OS app. I used it a lot last weekend and it helped me locate, sometimes overgrown, footpaths. Very helpful for charting short walks that fit within my #energyenvelope #longcovid

Has anyone else with #longcovid who uses the #visibleapp noticed a surprising reduction in their #hrv scores since the last software update (around 25.4 25)? I'm trying to workout whether my condition has deteriorated or something has changed in the way the #visible app calculates hrv.
