highly recommend sending an email to Mayor@portlandoregon.gov just to say that you still support the NW portland shelter, even if you don’t live in the neighborhood. we get a voice too!

That Safeway is my main grocery store. There is already a lot of homeless people around. Lets put shelter capacity where it's already needed.
