Can someone lawyerly please explain whether him having immunity form prosecution makes his orders and instructions ‘lawful’ in any way? Because presumably anyone enacting any criminal instructions isn’t covered?

Ah. Most if not of Britain mapped at this scale (6 inches to the mile) by the 1880s. Populated bits to 25 inches to the mile, big towns to 1:500- nearly all on this site maps.nls.uk
