These rehashed feature length things leave me cold, I'm afraid. But if it helps younger viewers discover classic Doctor Who, I'm all for it!

This looks like Eilean Donan Castle, location for The New Avengers episode, Eagle's Nest. Also appears in Highlander and The World Is Not Enough.

Thanks for all your hard work! It looks amazing. All the effort of filming new model shots is so worthwhile. It looks and feels so much more authentic than CGI - more of an extension of the original production than a replacement. Great work!

Watched Redemption last night. I'm not normally a fan of new effects, but I loved the additional bits added to help blend the Oldbury power station footage with the studio and model shots. Fab!

The source materials - Dinah Washington's This Bitter Earth and Max Richter's On The Nature Of Daylight - are beautiful pieces in their own right of course. But this combination, in my opinion, is a rare example of a mash up that transcends them both. Hauntingly melancholic.

It would've been amazing to see what he'd have created with the advances in technology through the decades. Sadly, it wasn't to be but we're lucky to have what we have, however brief. The Nomi Song biopic is great too!
