Legit one of the worst aspects of RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, common among people with ADHD) is KNOWING you're having an irrational emotional response to something and not being able to do shit about it anyway 😭

Haven’t had access to my meds for some months and going to the gym isn’t enough. These kids nor that man care that I’m neurodiverse even though my kids most certainly are too. I’m struggling. I don’t mask as much these days but good grief I’m tired.
