Finally watched Alien Romulus. Great movie, decently scary and suspenseful… but why must they shoehorn in fan service? It’s not as poorly done as in the recent Ghostbusters films, but there are a couple moments that just completely take me out of the film. 1/2

I love What We Do In the Shadows, but they missed a real opportunity to have Colin Robinson be the person in the drive-thru line who doesn’t fill all available space and leaves the car behind them just short of the speaker post
