Tyson Foods announces that they’ll be closing a major beef-processing plant in Lexington, Nebraska with 3,200 employees.

Lexington has a population of 11,205.

Nebraska overwhelmingly voted for the orange felon over VP Kamala Harris.

I hope they’re enjoying their vote.

You absolutely have the constitutional right to record ICE, Border Patrol, or any law enforcement officer in public, and with everything happening in Charlotte right now, people need to understand that clearly.

Before the midterms of 1866, President Andrew Johnson called his congressional opponents traitors and said they should be hanged.

Voters were so profoundly moved by his words... that they gave his opponents a supermajority in Congress, and the nation got the Fourteenth Amendment.

Not only was knitting used by organized spies, but women in occupied areas were often able to overhear troop plans and movements just by sitting and knitting! Never underestimate a crafter!

I'm planning a detailed post, but I had to share this bit now.

If you're out shopping at holiday markets this season looking for unique handmade gifts, please note that often knitters & crocheters price items far below the cost of the actual work and materials required to make their items. We appreciate your support, especially during tough times. ❤️ 🧶

If you don't have a library card, you should get a library card. Once you have that library card, you should get the Libby app. Once you get the Libby app, go browse the newsstand. Good chance your library card gives you access to ALL THE MAGAZINES. I'm talking the real good shit. AND BACK ISSUES.
