I finally found the video made by Oregon public broadcasting showing ICE officers attempting to stage a fake riot that Jeff Merkley was talking about. This was 3 weeks ago and I never saw it before today.

I’m pretty sure that Noem didn’t come all this way to see a quiet city on a beautiful day while people are at work. I worry that her story is already written, and no matter what she see, she’ll talk about “violent unrest” in the near future. They’re trying to build a case regardless of facts.
