Molly Born of Puma Elite Running made her #halfmarathon debut at #bostonhalf in 1:10:11. She ran most of the race alone after fading back from the lead pack after 5K. She split 10-K in 32:56, and 10 miles in 53:10 (a PB). She finished 8th, moving up from 10th at the 10-K mark.

ICYMI - Here are the elite women and men scheduled to run the #AbbottDash5K on Saturday, November 1. The race, which starts in front of the #UnitedNations, uses the #TCSNYCMarathon finish line in #CentralPark. It's an international race this year, not the USATF championships.

Interesting development at Sunday's Toronto Waterfront Marathon. Emily Venters, who struggled to finish the Chicago Marathon last Sunday, is running in Toronto and is on 2:31 pace through 20-K.
