Like my brain, there will be no reason, order, or theme to my account. Mostly following/reading/lurking to learn, understand, & grow. I like cats, loud music, vidja games, silent films, science, books, interesting topics, weird stuff, and things. She/Her.
Trying to resurrect my knock-off Aerogarden hydroponic whatsit. It sat in a corner of my patio for far, far too long. Surprised at how well disassembly and cleaning went. It SHOULD go back together nicely. Should. Hoping the water pump and power supply are still good.

I don't post much right now (been ill), and I don't have much right now, but I made a donation to these folks. The critters that get saved may be all some survivors have left. Please consider giving to any legitimate charity helping out around LA.

Ragnar is doing wonderfully well after surgery and a brief respiratory disturbance. For an older FIV+ cat with a heart murmur who can't have general anesthesia, he keeps beating the odds and we'll keep helping him do so.
Guess this means I need to make a better profile soon.
