How about a system that caps billionaire wealth (let’s say at $3 to 5B, still an absurd amount of $$) and redirects wealth beyond the cap into essential programs (determined by Congress) and incentivized by giving a seat on a national advisory board. Contain and operationalize the oligarchy.

One problem with the energized youth vote in the US is that a lot of that energy comes from kids newly 18 and eager to vote but who realize too late that they are away at college on Election Day and can’t vote where they are. (We’ll get you that absentee ballot next time, Junior)
