An important message.

Working in this book has felt like I'm using my non-dominant hand - hard to say if this is from my atrophied skills, my own muscles or the texture of the paper. Every parallel line feels like I'm fighting to stay on course and repeatedly end up getting bucked off. Can't say I'm enjoying the process.

These are just practise drills. Making myself feel the utensil on the paper and making marks. Forcing my brain move my arm again. I have such grand ideas for comics and zines but I just hate my drawing level so much right now I NEED to do these little daily drills to get myself back into it!
