The president said, in a televised speech, that he's sending his new, less restrained, more violent military into US cities to practice their brutality on immigrants and minorities, to better train them to apply that brutality to other countries.

He said this out loud.

Five days ago, an ICE agent shoved a woman asking questions about the detention of her husband.

Today they attacked two journalists.

We cannot accept or normalize what has now become routine violence at 26 Federal Plaza. It has no place in our city.

Senate Republicans just voted to shut down the government — blocking our bill to fund it responsibly, protect health care, and stop Trump from getting a blank check for his lawlessness.

They’d rather please their Dear Leader than deliver for the American people. Shameful.

BREAKING: President Trump is again asking the Supreme Court to let him end birthright citizenship.

The administration can't dodge the fact this executive order is illegal.

We'll keep fighting to ensure no child's citizenship is stripped away by this cruel and unconstitutional order.

A dangerous moment for all who believe in civil liberties and the rights of individuals. SCOTUS, w/out explanation, just green lit the Trump Admin’s racial profiling.

Detaining people based on their ethnicity is unconstitutional & un-American. Another shameful decision by this Trump-stacked Court.

People should be outraged over shackled Korean workers at that GA Hyundai plant, but there's an even bigger issue

The Trump regime betrays his blue-collar base by not addressing the REAL problem of an unsafe workplace that's killed 3 workers there

Patterns are revealing. Trump likes to locate underused, vaguely worded, or emergency-based powers and then push them to extremes - knowing that even if courts push back later, the political effect is immediate. Applied to women’s rights and voting, there are very real loopholes and soft spots.
You know how people called women hysterical for predicting the right wing would take down Roe v. Wade (which they've done) and then attack access to birth control (which they're doing)?

Hear me when I say that women's very right to vote is next.
