#GameDev with a decade+ experience.

Their enjoyment seems strictly exclusionary. They'll only enjoy it if they are part of a smaller percentage of players who can manage the difficulty.

I have no understanding how and why that works. If I play singleplayer it's singleplayer.

It's a weird part of the job, but you get used to it.

I can hear the *BZzzztttt* from here!

Well that's relatable!

Yeah don't rush it. You'll thank yourself later if you don't and end up more productive in the same overall timeframe.

If visual clutter is a problem, then it's probably worth it to overhaul these yes. I was just going by these screens alone and knowing the game previously.

I wish more devs would think about this and how different people have fun in different ways.

I often see some very low hanging fruit dev effort wise in games that would be amazing feature adds. But it's not what the dev envisioned on how people will play the game so it's not added.

This is super cool!

What's the oldschool Technics frame you're using for these? Did you repurpose an old technics product or are they selling something new like this.

I have an amp and tuner in the identical style and would love to do something similar.

I wouldn't focus on this for too long, as the art is already solid. But that being said what I see in this preview is a very nice improvement.

Good work!

Understandable. Very actually.

I just lost someone very close to me in my family. A father figure. Life goes on, but it is an emptier lonelyer life.

I think we can keep going though and still live a great life. They'd want us to.

One trick is to reframe what stress means

Instead of all the usual negativity think of stress as your body and mind preparing yourself for big challenges. Its good your body has these responses, not bad.

(Was some research somewhere how this actually rewires the stress response to be less harmful)

There is a niche audience for almost any game design you can come up with.

That being said though, I think for what you are describing the audience is a decent size. Should be no problem. Streamers will like it as a one time challenge thing, so will players.
