Stage 2 of Tour of Bright was a 17.4km on the out and back Buckland Valley circuit and it was the Australian ITT Champion, Luke Plapp again proving too good to take the win by +29:64 over team mate Kell O’Brien and a very impressive ride by Bright local & U23 Australian Road Champion, Julian Baudry.

Listening to Watts Occuring latest pod, it strikes me how energised Thomas seems to be, as opposed to say, the last two years where he came across somewhat tired and uninspired. Maybe he kicked the retirement can ahead one year too far? Either way, the fire within has been relit, nice to hear. 🔊

Listening to Watts Occuring latest pod, it strikes me how energised Thomas seems to be, as opposed to say, the last two years where he came across somewhat tired and uninspired. Maybe he kicked the retirement can ahead one year too far? Either way, the fire within has been relit, nice to hear. 🔊
