So if you look at the NEC schedule for the outage, you’ll see train numbers in the 8XXX series—those are the shuttle trains. For example, Train #8616 departs Secaucus at 6:39 a.m. and arrives at New York Penn at 6:52 a.m.

Good morning, Brian. That’s not a silly question at all. The planning team added 44 shuttle trips between Secaucus and New York Penn—22 in each direction—to support passenger connections. These trips are embedded in the schedules available online here: njtransit.com/portalcutover

I am sorry Cia, 45th Street Station new signs should be completed by next week but the installation at Newport requires more work. Thank you for your patience.

Both options have different capabilities and power needs, so they won’t fit every location.

What matters at the moment is your preference: Which feels more intuitive? More user-friendly? Easier to read?

Hi Cia, sorry for the late reply. I didn’t see any specific HBLR service issues today, but I don’t have access to real time operational info & this account isn’t monitored 24/7. For immediate help, NJ TRANSIT Customer Assistance is on X, or call 973-275-5555 if the app/website info isn’t sufficient.

Good afternoon! I can certainly share this suggestion with the bus planning team. We meet regularly to review customer feedback and assess what is feasible given our limited funding and fleet constraints.
