Depends! This is what my watch looks like, and while it does have all the hours marked, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen recent ones with only quarters (and at least one with none at all, which I think was probably more aesthetic than useful)

Not my best toroid winding job, but it’s a passable 20m bandpass filter for a weekend bodge-up. Yellow trace is S11, blue is S21. I did manage to tweak it to get the return loss past 10dB.
