I learned something interesting. I cant smell "stink bugs" because its apparently a genetic trait to be able to do so (like how some people taste soapy cilantro). I always wondered why they were called stink bugs when I never noticed any odor from them. Apparently only some people can haha

My 2 and 3 yo love anything with wheels. It was cute at first but I’m afraid the toy trucks and cars have engulfed my home in a way that I can not come back from. Each time one is put away it seems two grow in its place. Stay tuned for latest developments

A recent audit of CenterPoint Energy’s management found that the utility company did not adequately assess the risks or potential conflicts of interest before agreeing to an $800 million mobile generator lease.
CenterPoint had inadequacies in generator procurement process, state-commissioned audit finds
The audit was initiated by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) after state leaders questioned why CenterPoint had failed to utilize its leased mobile generators during Hurricane Beryl last July.
