working on a feature that allows rendering multiple maps at once. No seamless transitions between the maps yet, but they're both rendering. This can also be used to stack maps on top of each other for easier verticality

I'm the creator of Prototype N and its spinoffs such as Diamond in the Grave & Selena and the Strange Tower. My games are all queer themed! You can find them on my itch page: arrietty.itch.io

There are a lot of tombstones of various designs along with jack-o-lanterns and wooden fences. There is a purple toxic pit on the left side. Nadine is seen standing there right after she has destroyed a bunch of ghosts with pumpkin heads. One of them exploded into bolts and screws, dropping a healing can item. A screen of "Selena and the Strange Tower". The game's graphics is NES styled with a top down view perspective, much like RPGs of its time. The environment has red rocky floors, green brick walls, conveyor belts with arrows and lava tiles. The three party members, Selena, Clara and Jen, are crossing a narrow path surrounded by lava, as the visibility of the area becomes clearer in front of their path.

Was at Book Off/Japan village in Brooklyn for the first time Saturday, and kept seein Hatsune Miku cosplayers. I was so confused as to why there were just so many Mikus, thinkin like "guess this must be normal here". Turns out there was a Hatsune Miku look-alike event in New York that day lol

rewrote the code that determines which lights a mesh should be affected by. Performs much better now, and no more weird flickering when the lights are recalculated.
Each material has a limit to how many lights it can be affected by at once. So in order to have more than 4 (or whatever the configured maximum is) lights in the scene at once, each mesh needs to determine which lights it's affected by. I do this by sorting the lightsources according to how close they are to the mesh, checking whether they're in range, and what the calculated intensity at the current distance would be. Currently it doesn't take color into account, only intensity.
