Thank you. I was very chuffed with myself. 80kg is heavy...😆🤣 I go to www.believeachieveuk.com and highly recommend. It's all weights based, small classes of 6 with one PT and they sort individual programs for each session and take us through each set. Lots of great banter too. 😁

This is what I was saying to gav earlier. There's little fat on my arms and legs, it's all on my belly and I know I have a fair bit to lose but not a third of me's worth...🤣 I'm currently borderline overweight/obese but can walk all day and deadlift 80kg so, I'm not perfect, but I'm OK. 💁‍♀️

Anyway... I'm thinking about goals for next year and losing almost a third of body weight absolutely is not one of them. I'd rather be heavier, stronger and healthier.

The scale for men isn't much better, but at least they're allowed some muscle along with their skin and bones. Us women don't need any, it seems.
