In the states which HAVEN'T expanded Medicaid, you're eligible for APTC & CSR help from 100 - 250% FPL and APTC only from 250 - 400% FPL...but if you earn LESS than 100% FPL you're screwed, because you aren't eligible for either Medicaid *or* ACA subsidies.
This is called the "Medicaid Gap."

Which is why they are in early trials. funding + rigorous oversight is critical to getting it right

the mRNA HIV vaccine trials as well😢 but they’ve gutted HIV/AIDS programs & funding overall.
