I wish there was more attention paid to the ATL Housing Commission’s finding that the subsidized affordable units in the city had super high vacancy rates. Andy S. Mentioned it one committee meeting then it was blown away with the TAD tornado

I know your pro-white perspective. I just don’t think that a Black founded community should become a neighborhood of million dollar homes that is 70-85% white. And it makes me sad that a black realtor is making bank off making it happen. can have density without changing demographics so intensely

And why didn’t he endorse and campaign for Rohit? If he was just about his district then Rohit and he were aligned. He still needs the Mayors endorsement to be the next mayor. He’s more and more just a typical politician.

I just wish they were for sale for less that 1.2 million and that real estate agents Bobbie Spiller and her corporate backers weren’t changing the fabric of the n’hood

Why do we have to rely on the news? You know you can lead in transparency. Before the hack, the companies council budgets were on the website. Can you please bring back before you bounce?? Do something please.

Do you know why SOS and the news org source has different numbers on a lot of the races? Like ATL city council president is at 54-45 but new orgs have numbers with it at 51-49

Let’s hope but I think CM Dozier wants to be mayor so he’s vulnerable to move to the center and do most of what the Mayor wants these next 3 years

Only if the mayor loses his lock on 8 of the council seats. Otherwise the Atlanta Way as usual. Business first, everyone else second. Love your optimism though

If this is true, this is crazy.

Here’s the link to the presentation showing that the city is still spending money like water, led by the police. And that raising fees on small businesses is key to closing the revenue gap.
