This screenshot from the article is not misleading, she talks about people on higher salaries skills aren't mentioned.

This isn't a could, might article based on unnamed sources, it's quoting her actual words. Maybe you should have a quick read of the article before sounding off.

One answe is to process the claims quickly which is what used to happen until the Tories stopped bothering, worth another repost of this graph.

This just popped up in my notifications, who's deeply shocked, answers on a postcard please.

The boats were almost non existent when we had safe routes and before Brexit.
November 18, 2025 at 10:19 AM
We shouldn't forget the Tories role in this, they quite deliberately allowed a huge back of asylum claim. It's been a long time since I've needed to post this but worthy of a reminder today.
November 17, 2025 at 6:59 PM
The i still at it today, two page spread inside and Ian Dunt claiming he always supported Starmer but not now, that'll be news to anyone reading his posts on Bluesky. I skimmed through the two pages but tbh couldn't face more hand wringing from a media who treat our lives like a game show.
November 14, 2025 at 10:47 AM
You missed this from yesterday, there was no plot against Streeting by Downing Street. This entire story, picked up by all the media is based on titled tattle and unnamed sources.
November 13, 2025 at 9:20 AM
Someone should remind him of all the 2019 manifesto pledges the Tories missed, it's quite the list.
November 12, 2025 at 4:26 PM
Same here, I jist don't trust our media, this was posted by a fellow Skyer a few minutes ago.
November 12, 2025 at 1:30 PM
Have you seen this, make more sense than them deliberately briefing against Streeting, I don't trust our media.
November 12, 2025 at 1:13 PM
To anybody building up to outrage about Rachel Reeves maybe breaking a manifesto pledge, here's a handy list of the pledges the Tories broke. I don't remember a media frenzy about any of these broken promise.
November 12, 2025 at 8:51 AM
Somebody should remind Jenrick of the manifesto pledges broken by the Tories, here they are.
November 12, 2025 at 8:49 AM
Oh no Santa is real, he's getting all pur presents made as we speak.
November 11, 2025 at 5:26 PM
Mr O'Brien @lbc.co.uk has just realised the effect of flags everywhere but castigates Starmer for not realising immediately. This is what Starmer said James, he didn't just say he liked flags, do better.
November 11, 2025 at 11:31 AM
Number of posts saying Starmer isn't doing enough to defend the BBC, very few saying what they want him to do other than defend one of our institutions. Should he address the nation, phone Trump and tell him to f*ck off? He's made a statement, that should be enough for now, no need to escalate yet.
November 11, 2025 at 9:43 AM
A few posters saying the silence from Starmer vis a vis the BBC and Trump is deafening, took me 2 seconds to find this. Not sure Labour comms is the problem, it's people who expect to be personally spoon fed every statement and announcement and have simply missed the reports.
November 11, 2025 at 9:23 AM
Took me 2 seconds to find this.
November 11, 2025 at 9:18 AM
Another day another Starmer bashing article on the BBC, as usual based on unnamed Labour MP's, could be 2 could be 20 but there are over 400 Labour MP's. Same shit, different day and people wonder why Farage is riding high in the polls. The elections are next May, ffs.
November 10, 2025 at 11:02 AM
Good, perhaps he can take the rest of them with him, Sharp has already gone.
November 9, 2025 at 6:00 PM
Sorry @mrjamesob.bsky.social disagree about Lammy having a disaster at PMQ''s. Tories got a tip from the Telegraph who released this at 12.30 on Wednesday, had Cartlidge not miscounted his questions he'd have ended with this false headline. Lammy couldn't answer because he didn't have all the facts
November 7, 2025 at 10:51 AM
Four years away from a GE people are not telling them how they'll vote in 2029, my problem is the media uses these polls to set the agenda which at the moment is Farage for PM. Not a man I often agree with but Hitchens is spot on here.
November 7, 2025 at 9:20 AM
It does, unlike Cartlidge who appears to have been briefed by the Telegraph, Lammy was waiting for all the information before commenting. The Telegraph claimed the guy was an asylum seeker in this piece which dropped at 12.30 yesterday just as PMQ's ended.
November 6, 2025 at 4:45 PM
Possibly someone from the Telegraph who released this to coincide with the end of PMQ's. I'm asuming Cartlidge was going to answer his own with question with a flourish but miscounted his questions so had to sit down.
November 5, 2025 at 3:01 PM
We now know Lammy did know just before PMQ's about this latest error but didn't know if the guy's immigration status so didn't want to comment. Cartlidge seems to have been tipped off by the Telegraph who wrongly claimed the guy's an asylum seeker, shabby little game by the Tories.
