I just want to say as the voice of Gen Z... Who is Rahm Emanuel. You can't gaslight me into thinking this person is relevant

AOC: I was watching earlier today on TV, someone was saying, “Why are AOC and Bernie going to Idaho?”

I’ll give you one simple answer: It’s because you matter

Dems should propose impeachment for the illegal tariffs. It's not just a unilateral tax. It is globo-political damage that we will not recover from.

Everyone (members of the house financial services committee) needs to STOP talking about 2008. It would be weird if I was running around talking about fifth grade all the time !

I may be tired and a little hoarse, but as I said again and again on the Senate floor, this is a moment where we cannot afford to be silent, when we must speak up.

Every single Democratic lawmaker should be calling for Hegseth's immediate resignation right now. Not just some. Not just a few dozen. Every single one, starting at the top with Mr. Schumer and Mr. Jeffries. And the fact that it hasn't happened yet is nearly as shocking as Hegseth's conduct.

This meeting could have been a memo.

And that memo could have been an email.

And that email could have been an unsecured Signal group-chat with the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic.

Since “SECDEF” Hegseth is now a top military planner, he/they can login at 0600 to pass the annual Cyber Awareness Challenge...after that, Commander Hegseth can take a CBT for the handling of classified information.

The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

In another blow to legacy media, I'm hearing that the Trump administration plans to remove The Atlantic from its war-plans group chat. The outlet will be replaced in the chat by the Gateway Pundit.

an underdiscussed aspect of the Hegseth debacle was the fact that he was obviously going to be monumentally terrible at the day to day aspects of his job

and, well, “let me text war plans to a Signal group that has the EIC of The Atlantic in it” does not exactly disprove that
In 25 years of covering national security, I’ve never seen a story like this: Senior Trump officials discussed planning for the U.S. attack on Yemen in a Signal group--and inadvertently added the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic. www.theatlantic.com/politics/arc...

“I will do all we can to enforce 100% OPSEC,” the Secretary of Defense declared as he discussed sensitive military operations with senior White House officials in a group chat to which the editor-in-chief of The Atlantic magazine had been mistakenly added.

Jesus Christ Democrats, what you need to do is CONVEY A SENSE OF CRISIS. That's because THERE IS AN ACTUAL CRISIS GOING ON.

So the kinds of things you would ordinarily do? Press releases, tweets about economic issues, normal congressional business?

YOU CANNOT JUST DO THOSE THINGS.
