Why are the board of Tesla and other shareholders removing musk from the business? Does he have the controlling stake? Are they powerless to act? Do they think if they act, Musk and Trump will target them?

Borthwick has lost the plot. Zero selection consistency and no sense of building a winning team. I hope I’m eating my words Saturday but I can’t fathom how playing players out of position or untested partnerships works. We may win, but unlikely to be pretty.
