@crosscountryuk.bsky.social Travelling to Bristol from Sheffield today on the peak time 7:53 train. No phone signal, no WiFi, just four carriages, people stood like sardines in the aisles . No chance of refreshments, god forbid anyone might actually need the loo. How is this in any way acceptable?

Well @crosscountryuk.bsky.social I got on your 15.49 at Stoke to go to Manchester , first class and no-one has checked my ticket or offered a drink or snack in this heat. He’s sitting in the back of the train in the staff room on his phone. Very very poor service

Well done to @gwr.com who when faced with two cancelled Exeter-bound connections from Taunton managed to reallocate a train and crew that had terminated at Taunton on schedule to replace the GWR cancellation. Pity that @crosscountryuk.bsky.social couldn't manage a similar response.

Well. That’d be great, but this was posted 2 months ago, so you’re a bit, erm, late?

I’m going to suggest a more efficient business model for @crosscountryuk.bsky.social. If my train arrives at the destination (at all, or on time), THEN I’ll pay you. Save us both the deliberately tortuous system of me paying upfront then claiming a delay refund every single time.

@crosscountryuk.bsky.social The most apt back of ticket ad possible. Train cancelled, so next train heaving. Can you please tell me the date your franchise runs out and whether you'll be hosting a party for regular customers to celebrate your demise?

I've just got onto a @crosscountryuk.bsky.social train from Exeter to Leeds. No catering service for 4.5 hrs. Pretty average for a £140 ticket.

Train delayed by 37 minutes, which is becoming typical. The reality is - if you live somewhere like Stamford you need to drive

@crosscountryuk.bsky.social as ever your train is late. Are you competing for worst train operator of the year. I’ll miss connecting bus. Hope you’ll be offering to pay for the taxi home?

Sod the customers eh @crosscountryuk.bsky.social ?

It cost you £209 for a taxi for me two weeks ago plus Delay Repay. You couldn’t run my Grandson’s model railway, how you got to be a transport provider in the UK is beyond me.

Absolutely useless.
