It was concerning to see an MP calling for the reintroduction of a form of blasphemy laws today in the Commons.
Blasphemy was abolished as an offence in England and Wales in 2008 under the last Labour government.
In Sep, the UK Govt promised it would ‘never inhibit’ free expression on religions.
