The only person to suggest "Wellington Bays" as an alternate name to the Rongotai electorate was one Neale Jones, who apparently didn't understand what "Rongotai" actually means in Te Reo and so just went with an English alternative instead ... and the Representation Commission went along with it.

She is a skilled political operator. Many people on this site might not like her politics. But at least she’s competent, intelligent and capable of dealing with issues in detail.
