The fun thing about @poggs.com's website is that I can see what's happening to the train I abandoned at Derby. Looks like it'll actually get into London about half an hour earlier than the Avanti West Coast service I'm on now.

Obviously nowhere near the worst thing to happen thanks to this damn virus, but missing out on seeing one of my favourite bands tomorrow because of the bloody 'rona is giving me big sads. It was one of those gigs that was an immediate "shut up and take my money" purchase the moment it was announced.

Randomly deciding to go see a band just on the back of a few clips on IG might seem crazy, but I'm glad I did. The Lawrence show in Manchester tonight was so much fun! Will definitely be coming back to see their next European tour 🙂
