The Walking Dead opens up a completely different world when you approach it from a visual novel perspective.

This game teaches us that genres can be transformed.

Change the mechanics, the display method. Add point-and-click events and you can end up with something completely new.

The game constantly demands action from the player. Every question leads to another.

You don't have time to be distracted or think. You're constantly on edge. Constant focus.

It's especially interesting when the decisions are important.

In The Walking Dead, the interface is kept to a minimum.

The entire gameplay is focused on immersion.

Without the interface, it would be very difficult to distinguish between cutscenes and gameplay.
