On the heels of Democrats' electoral victories and spineless capitulation ending the government shutdown, the decision to target a city in a swing state suggests that the Trump administration is not concerned about electoral blowback.

In other words—they don't intend to leave power voluntarily.

ICE crackdowns have not been popular with the general public or good for the economy. Kidnapping laborers who work for disproportionately low wages is bound to interfere with profits.

Trump has focused the crackdowns on cities controlled by Democrats as a means of making life worse there.

They tell us that dangerous people are on the loose, threatening our communities.

But if anyone is dangerous, it is those who would do harm to their neighbors in return for a bribe—those who sell their capacity to inflict violence to the highest bidder.

Crush ICE.

Proper security culture is essential to all kinds of organizing—especially today, when Donald Trump has pledged to focus federal agencies on attacking anti-fascists.

We concur with the members of this jury that tossing a sandwich at a federal agent in Washington, DC should not be treated as criminal activity.
November 6, 2025 at 8:14 PM
Yesterday's election results must not diminish the urgency of grassroots organizing.

First, because it is clear that Donald Trump will not leave power voluntarily.

But even more importantly, because—as we saw under Biden—the Democrats will not solve any of these problems.

Real change is up to us.

"We are all anti-fascists!"

Drawing on the classic Italian chant, “Siamo tutti antifascisti,” this poster pushes back against the regime's efforts at intimidation and propaganda.

49 members of the Thousand Madleens freedom flotilla remain in Israeli custody for trying to deliver much-needed aid to starving people in Gaza. Whatever Trump says about a "ceasefire," the lives and liberation of Palestinians still depend on international solidarity.

Do not misrepresent us—this is not a call for confrontation. It's not shields that cause police to tear-gas people, though they can help to protect you.

You need to experience firsthand that you can be in the presence of protesters who are prepared to defend you without that *increasing* your risk.

Simply marching in the streets once every few months will not stop fascism. We have to draw people into concrete organizing and activity. No one else is going to do this for us.

Whether there are two of you or two hundred of you, this guide goes over what you can do.

Jack Posobiec explicitly says that "Antifa" dates back to the Weimar Republic, explicitly acknowledging that this administration is opposed to those who resisted the arrival of Adolf Hitler in Power.

Much of the panel is given over to fringe "journalists" praising Donald Trump. One of them describes how, after hesitation, she came to love Donald Trump and it even made her "more attractive."

It is the narrative that Winston Smith presents at the end of George Orwell's 1984: "I love big brother."

If you care about public health, you have to become a revolutionary. If you care about medical research, you have to become a revolutionary. If you care about climate change, labor conditions, the well-being of children in war zones—you have to become a revolutionary.

The Israeli military is currently attacking the Thousand Madleens flotilla as they attempt to deliver much-needed aid to people in Gaza who are suffering famine as a consequence of the Israeli blockade.

Today, a million people took the streets of Italy in solidarity with Gaza. Protests occurred worldwide.

Meanwhile, another solidarity flotilla is headed for Gaza, determined to break the siege via which the Israeli government is inflicting famine as a means of genocide:

Pete Hegseth demands to “untie the hands of our warfighters to intimidate, demoralize, hunt, and kill the enemies of our country.”

Donald Trump demands to use US cities "as training grounds for our military,” claiming “We’re under invasion from within. No different than a foreign enemy.”

Fascism.

Last night, in response to the Israeli military attacking the Sumud flotilla attempting to deliver aid to starving people in Gaza, 10,000 protesters marched in Rome.

Another solidarity flotilla is on the way to Gaza right now.

A general strike will take place in Italy tomorrow.

Arguably, whatever beneficial functions governments play are the result of grassroots social movement pressure. Otherwise, they mostly immiserate and dominate.

This administration is especially determined to show that it is not here to take care of anyone.

Already, in 2022, we understood that the invasion of Ukraine represented a looming possible future for all of us.

It would never have been possible for Putin to sacrifice hundreds of thousands on the altar of war if he had not spent the preceding decade crushing every social movement in Russia.

Mark these words:

If we let the fascists consolidate power in the US—if they manage to defeat the American people—the next stage will be ruinous war. Their brand of politics depends on always mobilizing against an enemy.

That is what happened in Russia under Putin.

How does the protection racket work?

They drive millions into poverty, sell guns to everyone, flood the airwaves with hatred, and then—when people snap and carry out shootings—they tell you your only hope is to entrust even more power to the ones profiting on this system.
