I'm about the same as you are these days. We had some excitement around with brain surgery for my wife in March. That was when I signed off here--not intentionally, but because of what were were facing. That seems to be all passed now, but I found other ways to fill my time subsequently.

Good to hear from you, Rusty. I am largely off social media these days. Dave and I are still doing the podcast, however. Hope you are well!

I’ve been quiet here for quite a while. Glad I checked in to see that that nugget is still circulating. Hope you are well, Ryan!

Not really. My wife had a health situation last Spring; I’ve unplugged from social media since. Still doing the podcast, however. Our email there is PackersTherapy@yahoo.com. In any case, it’s really good to hear from you Harald. Hope you are well. I imagine your daughter is in high school by now!

Many Dem consultants urge adopting bad GOP positions.

Better to adopt proven GOP tactics. Republicans made issues out of nothing through repetition and outrage.

A national security breach implying many more (Signal? Not DoD comms?) must be made into an issue by Dems. It won't just become one.

yep, this is what i think is going on. there is an underlying moral economy where service jobs are feminine and thus undesirable whereas factory jobs are masculine and thus good.
