Stephen Johnson was 4 years old when kidnapped. When he was found, 2 NYPD detectives, Richard O’Brien and James Rice, stayed with him, spoke to him with kindness and care.
26 years later Stephen became a NYPD officer because of them. The two retired detectives show up to surprise him.
